Wrangell St. Elias National Park The Wrangell-St Elias National Park is 13-million acres of pure wilderness. Situated between the Wrangell Range and the University Range is the dramtic cleft of the Chitistone Canyon. We fly in on a bush plane, trek up through the canyon to Skolai Pass and the headwaters of the Nizina River, then raft back down. We work with our friends at St. Elias Alpine Guides in McCarthy, Alaska to make this the trip of a lifetime.
