2. Fill them out accurately and completely on your computer.  Either print and fax (760) 874-7126

3. To reserve your dates we will need to receive a deposit by cash, check, or credit card. Credit card information can be entered on the Registration Form or call our office directly at (760)648-1122. Please read our Deposit and Cancellation Policy carefully.
4. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your deposit and payment against the unforseen. Click on the link for more information:

Once you have turned in your forms and deposit, our office will contact you to confirm your request before processing your deposit. We encourage you to contact us to verify your suitability for your chosen program. Some programs require screening of participants and we may need to contact you to determine whether you meet the prerequisites for the requested program.
